No. The agreements are regarded as private agreements enforceable between/among
the parties.

A. No. However, it is
recommended.

Would agreements between foreigners and Thai partners be enforceable in Thailand?
A. Yes, as long
as the provisions are not prohibited by law or impossible or contrary to public
order or good morals.
